In this piece and in my Christ At Gethsemane
piece, I really wanted to capture the humanity
of Christ. He experienced the same emotions
that I do and He struggles, as I do. It awes me
that God Himself chose to become as we are
to reach us.

Hebrews 4:15 says, "For we do not have a
high priest who is unable to sympathize
with our weaknesses, but we have one who
has been tempted in every way, just as we
are--yet was without sin"
